1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the passenger transport services offered by Atchy M Transport:
airport transfers, school transport, excursions, and vehicle hire with driver.
2. Bookings
Bookings can be made via:

phone
-
email
A confirmation is sent once the request has been validated.
3. Pricing
All prices are:

expressed in euros, inclusive of tax
-
displayed as a guide
-
subject to variation based on: distance, time of day, special conditions, punctuality, additional luggage, etc.
A quote can be provided for each journey.
4. Payment
Payment can be made by:

cash
-
bank card (where available)
-
bank transfer
-
invoice payment (for businesses and schools)
Any unpaid journey may be subject to additional invoicing.
5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 24h before the journey: free of charge

Cancellation between 24h and 12h before: 50% of the fare
-
Cancellation less than 12h before: 100% of the fare due
-
No-show: full fare due
6. Client Obligations
The client agrees to:

be present at the pick-up point at the agreed time
-
respect the vehicle (cleanliness, no damage)
-
wear a seatbelt
-
provide accurate information at the time of booking
Any damage caused will be invoiced.
7. Carrier Obligations
Atchy M Transport commits to:
-
providing a roadworthy and insured vehicle
-
respecting agreed schedules to the best of its ability
-
transporting passengers safely
-
adapting journeys in the event of unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather)
8. Luggage
Luggage must be declared at the time of booking.
Fragile items remain the sole responsibility of the client.
9. Flight Delays (Airport)
In the event of a notified flight delay, the driver will adjust accordingly at no extra charge within reasonable limits.
An uncommunicated delay may result in waiting time charges.
10. Insurance
Passengers are insured for the entire duration of the journey, in accordance with applicable laws.
11. Liability
Atchy M Transport cannot be held liable for:

delays caused by factors beyond its control (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.)

the loss or forgetting of items left in the vehicle
-
damage caused by the client
12. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first.
Failing that, the competent courts of Réunion Island shall have jurisdiction.
